What are Orthotics?

At Strides Pedorthics, located in White Rock, we make our custom orthotic shoe insoles on-site using a hospital proven method that utilizes a wide variety of high quality materials. This enables us to combine support, impact absorption, cushioning, friction reduction, and thermo-regulation to address your foot-related problems.

Additionally, we can customize the orthotics to fit a wide range of footwear styles, so that clients can have supports for their business shoes, their sports shoes, boots, heels, and sandals, etc. Our custom foot orthotics are fully adjustable so that if you are having difficulty adapting, you can make an appointment to come in and have modifications done quickly in-house at our conveniently located shop in Surrey.
